Cervin Publishing has been collecting information on individuals and organisations in the health, education and property sector in New Zealand and Australia for over a decade. We collect this information for the following reasons:

1. For publishing purposes i.e. for inclusion in our books and websites. Regarding published information on individuals, it is our policy and practise to take reasonable steps in obtaining and proofing this information, either directly from the individual concerned or someone in the business authorised to provide it. Information may be written, electronic or verbally verified.      
2. For our mail list, which is used for two purposes: publication distribution & marketing information. 
An individual can request to be removed from our mail list either with regard to receiving copies of our books and/or marketing information on our services. Our mailing lists are also made available on a commercial basis.
